FRITO BANDITO

Alive Student Ministry will be selling their famous Frito Banditos at the Cumberland County Fair from August 17th - 22nd .   All students planning to attend the Strength to Stand Conference in January must work at least one shift in the Frito Bandito booth. Lots of youth and adult volunteers are needed! Signup sheets are in the gym.  Also, be sure to support our youth by eating a delicious Frito Bandito at the fair!   For more information, contact Youth Pastor, Jessica Evans.

SOLDIER'S BEACH TRAIL
9:00 AM

Everyone is invited to join the GCC Hikers on Saturday, August 22, to hike the Soldier's Beach Trail at Meadow Park Lake. We'll meet at the church at 9:00 AM to carpool. Children are welcome when accompanied by an adult, and pets are welcome on a leash. HIKING MARATHON

 The GCC Hikers invite you to join us for the annual Cumberland County Hiking Marathon! Together, we will complete a portion of the challenge by hiking the following 4 trails:

Saturday, September 12th –Fairfield Glade Paved Trail
Saturday, September 19th – CMSP Storybook/ADA Trail
Saturday, September 26th – Obed River Park Paved Trail
Sunday, September 27th – Centennial Park Paved Trail & Crossville Greenway

Meet at the church at 9:00 AM to carpool on Saturdays and 1:30 PM on Sunday the 27th.

For rules and registration, visit www.hikingmarathon.com to sign up as an individual or as a family. Every registered participant who completes at least one trail will receive a free T-shirt. Not registering? GRACE SISTERS TO WOMEN OF JOY

The Grace Sisters women's ministry will be enjoying a faithfilled weekend in the Smoky Mountains as they attend the Women of Joy Conference Friday, October 9th- 11th.  An informational meeting will be held on Sunday, October 4th at 10:00 AM or 11:45 AM in the large meeting room at the back of the gym.  All Grace Sisters attending Women of Joy are encouraged to attend this meeting.  For ticket availability or more information, contact Women's Ministry Director, Teresa Breeding.
