YOUTH POLAROID PRAYER NIGHT
Students in 6^th-12^th grade are invited to join us on Wednesday, April 29th from 5:30–8:00 PM for a special Polaroid Prayer Night! Throughout the evening, students will take Polaroid photos of one another and write a personal prayer to go with each picture. Every student will go home with a photo of themselves along with a meaningful, handwritten prayer—something to keep as a reminder that they are known, loved, and being prayed for.  For more information, contact Youth Pastor, Jessica Evans.

NAME TAG SUNDAY

We're excited to announce our upcoming Name Tag Sunday on May 3rd! As our church family continues to grow, it's becoming wonderfully challenging to keep up with all the new faces.  To help us all connect and get to know each other better, we'll have a table set up in the lobby where you can write your own name tag before the service.  This is a simple way for us to build stronger connections as a church family.  Please join us — we'd love to learn your name!

This Mother’s Day, we are celebrating the women of Grace Community Church. From mothers and grandmothers to mentors, friends, and faithful women of all seasons of life, we are grateful for the difference you make. Each woman in attendance will receive a flower bouquet as a small token of our love and appreciation for the beauty, strength and care you bring to the world around you.

GRACE SISTERS TO VOLUNTEER AT THREADS OF HOPE

The Grace Sisters Women’s Ministry will be meeting to sort donations at the Threads of Hope on Wednesday, May 13th from 9:00 AM to Noon.  All proceeds from the Threads of Hope thrift store go to benefit endangered, abused and at-risk children.  For more information, contact Sally Neckvatal.

CALL TO BLESS WORKSHOP

God is calling us to become men and women of blessing!  Speaking words of blessing, in the

name of Jesus, is praying for the fullness of God’s intentions to be released.  Rev. John Rice,

the Director of The Blessing Place of Western North Carolina and his team will be here to teach this

Holy Spirit inspired workshop on Friday, May 29 from 6:00- 8:30 PM  and Saturday,

May 30th from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM . The biblical basis and foundation for blessing ministry will be given and the essentials will be taught and practiced together. The registration fee of $25 includes materials, refreshments, and Saturday lunch. The Tennessee General Assembly has passed House Joint Resolution 51, declaring July as an annual statewide time of prayer and fasting. Visit pray4tn.us for all the details.

How You Can Participate:

• Join with other believers across the state as we pray daily, committing to seeking the Lord by prayer and fasting.
• Join together with our community for 1 hour of prayer at the Cumberland County Courthouse, on Saturday,  July 11, at 10:30 AM.

BABY DEDICATIONS
10:30 AM
We will be having a Baby Dedication Ceremony on Sunday, July 26th  during the 10:30 AM service.  Christian parents who dedicate a child during this ceremony are making a promise to the Lord before the church congregation to do everything in their power to raise the child in a Godly way, prayerfully, until he or she can make a decision on his or her own to follow God.  If you would like to dedicate your baby during this service, please email Teresa Breeding by July 13th.

BACK TO SCHOOL SUNDAY

Sunday, August 2nd is Back to School Sunday. During each service, we will have a special time of prayer and blessing over our children, teachers, and all those who work in our school system.  Children entering into Kindergarten are invited to move upstairs to join Planet Kidz.  For more information contact Children’s Director, Sarah Pharris.
