GRACE SISTERS

GRACE SISTERS is the women’s ministry of Grace Community Church.
If you are a woman who attends Grace—you are a Grace Sister!  And we invite you  to join us for our LARGE GROUP meeting at the church on the first Tuesday of each month from 6:00–7:30 PM.     Each month we do something different:   it could be a guest speaker, a biblical discussion or a service project.  Our heart is to grow in faith, build friendships, and serve God together. We also enjoy special fellowship and service events throughout the year.  Feel free to jump in when you can, we'd love to get to know you!

FEBRUARY MONTHLY MEETING

Our Guest Speaker will be Liz Willis, the leader of Sisters in Scripture (a small group for women that meets on the 1st and 3rd Sundays of each month at 6pm at Grace). Please join us as Liz teaches us how to get more comfortable picking up and doing life with our Bibles. Our time together will involve an overview of what the Bible is, various versions available to Christians today and the helpful study tools within them, as well as shared experiences of how others have grown in their own study of Scripture.  Whether you've never studied the Bible before, have read it cover to cover, or are somewhere in between- this session is for you!

CANDLE MAKING CLASS

The Grace Sisters Women's Group will be hosting step-by-step Candle Making Classes led by Madison Wyatt Seiber on Thursday, February 19th.  2 times will be offered:

Daytime- 11:00-1:00 PM
Evening- 6:00-8:00 PM

Cost is $25 per person and must be paid by Feburary 1st to reserve your spot. Please specify upon payment which class time you will be attending.

Spots are guaranteed upon payment to Kim Wattenbarger by cash, check (made out to Kim) or venmo @Kim-Wattenbarger.  Contact her here.

Description:  Small group focused on Bible study and life application. Members will spend each meeting digging into the Bible together beginning with a broad overview and tips on how to study the Bible in general. Whether you've read the Bible cover to cover, or are unsure how to even begin- this group is for you! Having a diverse group, full of both new and experienced Bible readers will create opportunity for mentorship, thoughtful questions, and fellowship.



WOMEN'S CHRISTIAN 12-STEP RECOVERY GROUP

Status:  Open to women seeking recovery from hurts, hang-ups and habits.

FAITH IN ACTION

Description: A creative small group designed to help everyone connect deeply with God’s Word through hands-on crafting and meaningful devotionals. Each session pairs a Bible verse or passage with a simple, reflective craft that reinforces the spiritual theme — turning Scripture into something tangible and memorable.  Each participant is asked to pay a small amount to cover the cost of crafting supplies - this amount will vary each month depending on the craft.



MOMS GROUP  

Group Type:   Fellowship & Devotion

When:  Every 4th Friday

Time:  6:00-7:30 PM

Status:  Open to moms of babies, toddlers and teens
